Cauliflower Crust Pizza
This Cauliflower Crust Pizza is great for satisfying that pizza craving. You can add your favourite toppings, like three cheese blend, roasted garlic and basil. The crust holds up well, and with the classic pizza sauce and cheese, you really do get that tasty pizza flavour that you crave. ‼️PRO TIP: when I pull out the food processor, I tend to shred ~3 heads of cauliflower at once and store the leftovers in the freezer, so I can make pizza any time.

Ingredients
1 cup riced cauliflower
1 egg
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
pinch of salt and pepper
favourite pizza toppings
pizza sauce
cheese blend
basil
Steps
Steam the riced cauliflower in the microwave for 3 minutes. Put in a dish towel and wring our all excess moisture. Its very important to remove the moisture, as this allows your crust to stay together!
In a bowl, stir together the cauliflower and the remaining crust ingredients. It should be a very wet dough.
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shape the dough into a circular pizza crust shape.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 min.
Remove the crust from the oven, top with favourite toppings and return to the oven for 5 min, until the cheese has melted.
