Turkey Mozzarella Meal Prep Cups
Turkey mozzarella cups are very easy to make, and perfect for meal prepping. I have been packing them for lunch all week.
Turkey Mozzarella Cups
Recipe
Yield: 10 cups
Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey
2/3 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped
1/3 cup egg whites
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Steps
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Grease a muffin tin (I also use silicone muffin tin liners), and distribute the turkey mixture evenly into the pan. The recipe yields about 10 cups.
Bake the cups at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
