Chickpea Blondies
Chickpea blondies! Wait, don’t be afraid! I swear they don’t taste like hummus. These blondies give you a soft chocolate chip cookie taste, without any added flour.
Ps- I’ve got a recipe coming soon that will show you how to use up some aquafaba, which is the liquid in a can of chickpeas.
Chickpea Blondies

Ingredients
1 can chickpeas, rinsed (save the aquafaba for another recipe)
1 egg
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/3 cup sugar free syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Steps
Place all ingredients except the chocolate chips into a food processor, and blend until smooth.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop batter into a greased 9x9 brownie pan, and top with more chocolate chips.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.
