Flourless Apple Crumble Cake
Homemade flourless apple crumble cake, with cinnamon yogurt glaze! Its a delicious gluten free fall treat. I used my homemade applesauce in this recipe, but you can easily substitute for store-bought to save time.

Ingredients
1 egg
1 cup applesauce
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar free syrup
1 tsp vanila
2 cups almond flour
2/3 cup oats
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
For the crumble topping:
1/4 cup sugar free syrup
1/4 cup almond flour
1/3 cup chopped pecans
For the crumble topping:
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
3 tbsp sugar free syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1-3 tbsp milk to thin
Steps
Cream together the egg, applesauce, coconut oil, milk, syrup and vanilla until smooth.
Mix in the almond flour, oats, baking powder and cinnamon until well combined.
Pour the batter into a greased and lined 9x9 baking pan.
To make the crumble topping, mix the syrup, almond flour and pecans together in a small bowl. Dollop the mixture evenly onto the cake batter.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees, until the edges are golden brown.
Whisk together the glaze ingredients. Add milk until it is thin enough to drizzle.
Once cooled drizzle the glaze on top of the cake.
