Mango Berry Smoothie Bowl
There is nothing like a good smoothie bowl. This is one of my go to smoothie recipes, that I love to whip up for breakfast, a quick lunch, or even dessert. I love using the food processor for smoothies; it makes it feel more like ice cream than a smoothie.
Smoothie Bowl
With mangoes and berries

Ingredients
1 ripe banana
1/3 cup frozen strawberries
1/3 cup frozen mango
1/3 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 scoop protein powder
1 tsp psyllium husk powder (optional, but great for digestion)
2 tbsp plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup dairy free milk (I use coconut or cashew), or low cal juice
Steps
Blend everything together in the food processor.
Top it off with fresh berries and coconut.
