There is nothing like a good smoothie bowl. This is one of my go to smoothie recipes, that I love to whip up for breakfast, a quick lunch, or even dessert. I love using the food processor for smoothies; it makes it feel more like ice cream than a smoothie.

Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/3 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1/3 cup frozen mango

  • 1/3 cup frozen raspberries

  • 1/2 scoop protein powder

  • 1 tsp psyllium husk powder (optional, but great for digestion)

  • 2 tbsp plain greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup dairy free milk (I use coconut or cashew), or low cal juice

Steps

  1. Blend everything together in the food processor.

  2. Top it off with fresh berries and coconut.
