White Bean Mash
This easy white bean mash is like a vegetarian version of chicken salad! It’s perfect for sandwiches, wraps, or on its own. Its a perfect way to use up beans from your pantry!
White Bean Mash

Ingredients
1 can white beans (any kind)
1/4 cup herb and garlic cream cheese
1/4 red onion, minced
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
salt and pepper
Steps
Mash the beans in a small bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and stir.
Spoon the mixture onto toast, and top with avocado and lettuce .
