Healthy Carrot Muffins
These healthy carrot cake muffins are so tasty and only use one bowl to make. Plus they are a delicious way to pass the time while you are cooped up inside!

Ingredients
1 3/4 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger and 1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 cups grated carrots
1/2 cup sugar free syrup
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
1 cup greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla
Steps
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices in a bowl.
Stir in the carrots, syrup, oil, eggs, yogurt, and vanilla.
Divide evenly into muffins tin, and bake for 13-15 minutes at 425 degrees F.
