Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins
These chocolate chip banana muffins are tasty, healthy and made with almond flour! It only requires ingredients you probably have around the house anyways. They make a great breakfast or snack when you’re on the go.
Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Ingredients
3 eggs
3 large, very ripe bananas
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 packet Splenda (optional)
2 cups almond flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2/3 cup chocolate chips
Steps
Finely mash the bananas, and whisk in the eggs, vanilla, cinnamon and Splenda.
Fold in the almond flour, salt and baking soda.
Pour batter into a greased and lined muffin tin, and top with chocolate chips.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.
Let cool for 15 in the pan, before transferring to a cooking rack.
