Cranberry Orange Loaf
This loaf is an easy and festive winter baking project (but delicious in any season).
Cranberry Orange Loaf

Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
zest from 1 orange
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup yogurt (you could also use oil)
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
1.5 cups fresh cranberries
Steps
Mix the dry ingredients together.
In a separate bowl stir together sugar and orange zest.
Whisk the milk, Orange juice, yogurt, eggs, vanilla into the bowl with the sugar.
Stir the wet and dry ingredients together. Then fold in the fresh cranberries
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan, lined with parchment.
Bake for approximately one hour at 350°F.
Optional: whisk icing sugar and orange juice together make a glaze to top the loaf
