Peanut Butter Protein Cookies
These peanut butter protein COOKIES definitely satisfy a sweet tooth, while still being a filling snack thanks to the extra protein powder. No flour or sugar needed!

Ingredients
2 scoops of protein powder (60 g)
1/3 cup almond flour (20 g)
1/4 cup rolled oats (20 g)
1 very ripe banana
1/4 cup natural peanut butter (65 g)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional, but yummy)
Steps
Mash the banana in a bowl, and stir in peanut butter, an egg and vanilla.
Add the protein powder, almond flour, rolled oats, and salt to the bowl.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, scoop ~1.5 tbsp of dough for each cookie (the dough will be quite sticky).
Bake at 325 degrees F for 8-10 minutes
