Pumpkin Pie Granola
IT’S FALL Y’ALL. And that means a plethora of pumpkin recipes. First up for the season is pumpkin pie granola! It’s perfectly crunchy and has all the flavours of fall. This granola is also oil free, and takes less than 10 minutes to prep before baking it. Enjoy it on yogurt, fruit, or even as a substitute for cereal.
Pumpkin Pie Granola

Ingredients
1/3 cup pumpkin purée
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
2 tbsp sugar free syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp salt
1.5 cups oats
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Steps
Mix the pumpkin, peanut butter, and syrup in a bowl, and whisk together.
Stir in the cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and salt.
Mix the oats and nuts into the wet mixture until well coated.
Spread in a single layer in a baking sheet, and bake at 325 for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and break up the granola into smaller chunks.
Return to the oven for 20 more minutes, stirring the pieces halfway through (i.e. 10 minutes in).
Let cool, and store in an air tight container.
