Orange Pecan Granola
This homemade orange-pecan granola is perfect to put on yogurt, and smoothie bowls. It has less sugar, and is much healthier than the store bought versions. Plus, it makes the house smell incredible.
Orange Pecan Granola

Ingredients
2 cups oats
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup shredded coconut
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp cinnamon
zest from one orange
1-2 tbsp maple syrup (optional: sugar free syrup)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup egg whites
Steps
Combine all ingredients except the coconut in a bowl.
Spread the mixture in an even layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven, stir in the coconut, and return to the oven for 5-7 more minutes.
